HAMILTON fans! Let your collective voices ring out.

The Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts of Miami-Dade County (@arshtcenter) hosted Miami’s first-ever HAMILTUNES: AN AMERICAN SING-ALONG, an afternoon of karaoke for HAMILTON (@hamiltonmusical) fans in advance of the city’s debut engagement of the touring Broadway musical. The event was in the Knight Concert Hall on September 7 from 2 to 3:30 p.m. during ARTSLAUNCH2019, the Arsht Center’s annual free community event to celebrate Miami’s new art season. For a complete list on additional free activities and events taking place at ARTSLAUNCH2019, please click here.

HAMILTUNES: AN AMERICAN SING-ALONG is an event developed to celebrate and enjoy the songs of the musical HAMILTON. We play the instrumentals, project the lyrics, and you provide the voices. Costumes are encouraged – no swords or dueling pistols, please. Everyone is a star in this free community sing-along!

HAMILTON is coming to the Arsht Center from February 18 throughMarch 15, 2020. Hamilton is the story of America’s Founding Father Alexander Hamilton, an immigrant from the West Indies who became George Washington’s right-hand man during the Revolutionary War and was the new nation’s first Treasury Secretary. Featuring a score that blends hip-hop, jazz, blues, rap, R&B, and Broadway, HAMILTON is the story of America then, as told by America now.
